Weight Loss Program
Do people in your company, church or organization want to lose weight without going on a fad diet? Then this interactive, group program may be just what you need. Classes meet weekly for 12 consecutive weeks. Each week Kim will provide education on a different topic on nutrition, physical activity or lifestyle change to effectively promote weight loss. The material presented is progressive, so commitment to attend most if not all sessions is important. A group setting can provide additional support. Side note: weights are not taken during the weekly session and your weight is never shared with other members in the group.
